While our face-to-face classes are suspended, we are delivering our Postural Stability Instruction service via telephone and video link, as it is important for you to keep exercising at home, to reduce the risk of falls.

Each week, a new video class will be available below.

As with all exercise programs, when using this exercise video, you need to use common sense and exercise caution to reduce and avoid injury.

You will want to check with your doctor before beginning any exercise or fitness program.

By performing any of the exercises in this video you are performing them at your own risk.
