Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin's exercise classes offer enjoyable ways to have fun and keep fit.

This group meets on a Wednesday, 3.00 - 4.00pm.

Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin's Sit to Stand class provides movement exercise to music. The easy to follow exercises can be performed either standing or sitting and aim to increase your mobility and strength as well as your general health. Please wear comfortable footwear and clothing and bring a small bottle of water.
