Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin's exercise classes offer enjoyable ways to have fun and keep fit.

This group meets on a Wednesday, 1.30 - 2.30pm.

Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin's friendly, informal exercise sessions aim to improve your strength, co-ordination and balance. The group is led by Wendy Southorn, a qualified exercise teacher with extensive experience of working with older people.
