Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin's dance classes are suitable for all abilities and beginners are always welcome.

This group meets on a Friday, 10.30am - 12.00pm.

Our ballet class is run by Philippa Price, who has tailored it especially for older people. Both men and women of any level of ability are welcome, as long as you're over 55. So whether you are a complete beginner or you used to dance when you were younger, come along and enjoy the positive impact on your fitness and health.

Please wear close fitting clothing, socks or ballet slippers, and bring along some trainers to wear during the warm up.
