A Shropshire amateur dance group staged its latest production, Springtime Buzz, at venues in Shrewsbury, to raise funds to support older people in our community.

Maeflower Dance performed the show in support of Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin, at Radbrook Community Hall, the Shrewsbury Flax Mill and the Morris Hall, describing the production as a mix of ‘beautiful ballet, silly and snazzy moves, and contemporary dance.’

Claire Fishlock, Service Development Officer at Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin, said: ‘We honestly can’t thank them enough. They’re brilliant. They always put on a fantastic show, and they’ve been such strong supporters of our charity. Just wonderful.’

This latest show follows the success of the group’s Christmas production, Santa’s Stars & Dolls, which was also in aid of Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin.
