Egg-citing Easter Raffle at Alison Business Centre Raises Funds for Age UK Sheffield.

There’s a real buzz around the Alison Business Centre this Easter as tenants and staff come together for an egg-cellent cause — a charity raffle with chocolatey prizes and a big heart behind it.

The initiative is the brainchild of Caitlyn Rose, Finance Apprentice at Manor Development Company (MDC), who wanted to try her hand at fundraising. Caitlyn not only came up with the idea of holding a raffle but also chose Age UK Sheffield to support.

Supported by MDC’s Marketing and Service Administrator, Ruth Siddall, the raffle has been met with great enthusiasm. “It’s going really well,” they said. “It’s been lovely to see everyone get involved — from our own staff to the businesses based here at the Alison Business Centre.”

The grand draw is set for 17th April 2025, and the team are hoping to raise over £200 through the raffle.

Located just off the Sheffield Parkway, the Alison Business Centre is well known for offering high-quality, managed workspace at competitive prices. The centre features 58 workshops and 43 office units ranging from 100 to 800 sq ft, all available on flexible month-to-month terms. With 24/7 access, ample free parking, and full CCTV coverage, it's a thriving business hub in the heart of Sheffield.

The Easter raffle is just another example of the strong community spirit at the Centre.
