If you have used our services or activities from April 2023 until March 2024 we would like to say that we are really pleased that you have chosen to participate in our activities. We hope you have been able to achieve what you wanted to.

We would be grateful to hear how you found your experience with us so we can identify what we have done well and where we need to improve so we can provide the best possible experience for people. 

This survey will only take a few minutes of your time and we will use what you tell us to improve what we do. The survey is completely anonymous and we do not ask you you for any personal information.
