Care Assistant
30 hours permanent post
Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour
Actual: £18.720.00 per annum
To provide personalised support to older people, who require additional help or care during the daytime (including personal care). Assisting in the planning and organising of our activity programme, that is designed to help older people maintain and improve their quality of life, promote their independence, whist providing social contact and reducing isolation in meeting their individual support needs. Escorting our service users, to and from the Centre ensuring Health and safety is adhered to at all times. Supporting the Care Co-ordinators with daily tasks, ensuring regular updates relating to changes with individuals are documented to continue our ongoing excellent quality of care.
The service operates Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm excluding bank holidays and may include some limited opening on occasional evenings or Sundays for organised events.
