Age Friendly Salford is a programme of work and activities funded by Salford Clinical Commissioning Group and Salford City Council to engage and support older people to age well. 

It is delivered by a partnership of voluntary sector organisations:
Inspiring Communities Together, Age UK Salford and Salford CVS.
