A huge success

This year's Rotherham 10k and Fun Run was simply amazing, the weather was good, the runners turned up and the organisation of the event was spot on!

The beautiful Clifton Park and the streets of Rotherham were alive with the buzz and excitement of runners being cheered on and children from across the borough took part in the fun run.

A massive thank you to all volunteers who helped to make the event go smoothly, to the organisers who have worked so hard for so many months and of course to the runners who have helped to raise much needed funds for Age UK Rotherham.

The money raised from the event will stay local and will help older people in your community. Each £25 raised will pay for one of our experienced advisors to provide tailored support to an older person in the community. We'll help them to access local services, so that they can remain independent and live later life better.
