Our Money & Benefits service provides free & confidential support to older people in Richmond upon Thames over state pension age to help them claim welfare benefits, grants and other financial support that may be available to them. Support is provided by phone, email, appointments and via home visits if needed.
What can we help with?
Support includes:
- Benefits checks, to assess your current situation and advice what benefits you are entitled to.
- Help with filling in and returning forms.
- Support to access grants and other means of financial support.
- Access to foodbank vouchers, if you are eligible

Drop-in appointments at one of our Social & Wellbeing Centres:
Barnes Green Centre, every Thursday, 2pm - 4pm
Twickenham Wellbeing Centre, every Thursday, 2pm - 4pm
Whitton Social Centre, last Tuesday of every month, 2pm - 4pm
