Learn about bowel cancer screening and how to spot the signs and symptoms. Speak to healthcare professionals from St George’s Bowel Cancer Screening Department about any concerns and take away free resources and leaflets plus information on local screening services.

Indoor Rowing at Twickenham Rowing Club on Eel Pie Island 

Six-week taster course, starts Wednesday 26 March

Prepare to fall in love with a new sport! An expert coach will teach you proper rowing technique on indoor machines, the same as if you were to row on the water. Great for posture, core engagement and cardiovascular fitness.

A beautiful community-run garden where we will carry out practical gardening tasks, with time to chat in a friendly group. The course covers caring for seedlings, regenerative growing, soil health & composting, companion planting and much more.
