John Murray is a volunteer for the Metropolitan Police who delivers scam talks. In conjunction with the Metropolitan Police, we are arranging a presentation to help you with your knowledge of scams and to stay safe. This will cover all sorts of scams, not just internet based. This is a vital area as criminals are getting more sophisticated and it's essential you are aware of what is happening. Try our free Pilates class on Tuesdays at the Whitton Social Centre, delivered in partnership with charity Active Women & Girls. Pilates is a gentle exercise leading to improved flexibility, increased muscle strength, relaxation of your shoulders, neck and upper back and reduced stress. This free class is for women over the age of 60 who are on a low income or who care for a family member or friend. |
