6-week Strength Training Course

Starts Monday 6th January, 1.30pm at the ETNA Centre, TW1 2AR.

£30 for the 6 lessons

Join our strength training class at the ETNA Centre, St Margarets for over 50s.

Experienced personal trainer and coach Ash will lead this class, using light weights to strengthen and tone your body. Exercising with weights makes our bones stronger and more dense, decreasing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Please book your place in advance.

This class is offered by Age UK Richmond in partnership with the ETNA Centre.

Man with a Pan Cooking Class

Thursday 23rd January, 12pm to 2pm at the ETNA Centre, TW1 2AR.

£10 (includes lunch)

Man With A Pan is a cooking club for older men. Learn to cook a delicious meal in a friendly group. Tutor Azize will lead this session, showing you how to prepare a tasty lunch. Once the food is ready the group will eat together.

Join our free series of 3 x Men's Wellbeing workshops, hosted by Beyond Equality for Age UK Richmond. A space to discuss your mental wellbeing and pick up the tools to support yourself and others.
