6-weeks Air Boxing Course for over 50s

Starts Friday 17th January, 11.30am at Linden Hall, TW12 2JG.

£30 for 6 classes

Boxing coach Mickey will lead this course. Health benefits include muscle strength,improved coordination and increased confidence.This course is offered in partnership by Age UK Richmond and Linden Hall.

Artistic Expression Group for Women

Every Monday at Barnes Green Centre, 10am to 12pm

Join this friendly group with volunteer artist Helen.  A relaxed weekly session focusing on companionship, creativity and conversation.

Video Games Workshop

Thursday 20 February at Twickenham Wellbeing Centre

Free

Back by popular demand! Come and play virtual sports or zoom around a simulated racetrack. Discover what games can be played on PlayStation or Nintendo consoles and try out our virtual reality goggles. If you have grandchildren over the age of 7 and would like to bring them along, we welcome them to join in the gaming fun.

Book a 30-minute slot. We will have 8 slots of half an hour available between 1pm and 3pm, so please book your session in advance.

Thursday 27 February, 12pm to 2pm at the ETNA Centre in St Margarets

Learn to cook a delicious meal in a friendly group. This club is aimed at men over the age of 55. Please book your place, ideally online here.
