The Great Get Together

Age UK London has been approached by the Mayor’s office to help support the Great Get Together which is organised by the Jo Cox Foundation. The aim is as follows:

The Great Get Together is an initiative inspired by the late Jo Cox designed to bring people together to celebrate what they have in common. Through the Great Get Together, we ask people across the country to make new connections and promote Jo's message of unity.

We have posted a blog post about the Great Get Together. The event is being held in the Olympic Park in July. There are further details about the event on the website.
