Our Winter Wrapped Up guide is full of useful tips to help keep you warm and well this winter.

The booklet gives tips on preparing - such as keeping a note of numbers that might be useful when you need them urgently such as plumbers, your gas and electricity suppliers, water supplier, your GP and local Pharmacy numbers too.
