Afternoon Tea at the Palace

Geraldine McLaine is one of the 'Old Protectors' in Redbridge, working as part of the Redbidge Bogus Caller Partnership (RBCP). Geraldine is pictured above after being recognised for the amazing work she does, visiting older people in their homes and showing them ways to protect themselves from Bogus Callers. Geraldine had this to say."I just wanted to let you know that I was invited to attend a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace and went yesterday and I took my younger daughter Ali with me .This was for my work with Redbridge Bogus Caller Partnership and Old Protectors. It was a really special occasion and the sun shone and it all felt so splendid. I felt so proud to be part of the RBCP in Redbridge."
