Dementia Carers support group
We hold a support group every 2nd Tuesday of the month between 10:30am- 12pm at the Abbey Baptist Church. Abbey Square, Reading. RG1 3BE. The group is aimed at those who care for a person who is living with dementia.
- Meet like minded carer’s that are in similar situations as yourself.
- Peer support from other carer’s that have experience in caring for someone with dementia.
- Access high quality information and support
- Professional chats to help with either understanding or advice when it comes to caring for someone with dementia.

Mental health Carers support group
A group for carer’s who are supporting someone who has difficulties with their mental health. This support group takes place every 2nd Wednesday of the month between 6pm-8pm at Prospect Park Hospital. Honey End Ln, Tilehurst, Reading RG30 4EJ
- A place where carer’s can meet up and talk to other carer’s who are in similar situations as themselves.
- Access high quality information and support
- A safe space where they can openly talk about what is happening.
- A space where the carer’s can get information, advice and guidance that they need in that moment in time.
