Giving a gift in memory is a touching way to remember someone special by honouring their life and supporting a cause that was important to them. If you have a special messages that you would like to share with us about your donation, please include it on the form or a seperate sheet if needed.

Donating by cheque

Please make your cheque payable to Age UK Oxfordshire and send it to The Fundraising Team,9 Napier Court, Barton Lane, Abingdon,OX14 3YT. Please include a copy of the donation form with your cheque so we can process and acknowledge your donation.
