We are so pleased to have expanded our day care service into our new premises on Highlands in Royton.

Day Care Service

Following on from the success of our Bluebells Day Care Centre in Moorside, we found an ideal residential bungalow to create yet another wonderful home-from-home setting to care for our older community here in Oldham.

Our day care centres provide a friendly and caring environment combined with opportunities for pursuing old and new interests as well as creating special bonds and friendships.

It's like a home from home, but with added fun, friends and delicious food! Our staff work hard every day to create a family atmosphere, caring for each visitor on an individual, personal level like you would with any loved one.

Our Day Care provides a high level of service across multiple sites. The service ensures positive outlooks for older people who are in need of regular and treasured time away from home and also provides invaluable respite for families and carers.

Day Care is provided to older people with an assessed need, ensuring the service is tailored to meet the individual needs of service users who may have a wide range of disabilities or cognitive impairments. All our Day Care staff have received dementia training and are Dementia Champions. Attendees are able to receive one-to-one support from our fully trained care team and enjoy social interaction with other service users.

Enjoyment and stimulation is enhanced through a full range of entertainment and activities delivered by fully trained staff. A home cooked three course lunch is provided, catering to all dietary requirements.

Full adapted and escorted transport is also available on request.
