Are you passionate about giving back to your community? Do you want to help improve the lives of older people while making new friends and learning new skills? Join our fantastic team of volunteers and be part of something truly rewarding!
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including:
🏛 Heritage Venue Volunteer – Bring history to life! Whether you enjoy storytelling, acting, or hands-on activities, you can help by:
- Leading engaging guided tours
- Dressing in historical costumes to create immersive experiences
- Assisting with fun craft activities for visitors of all ages
💜 Day Care Helper – Make a meaningful impact by:
- Supporting group activities such as arts & crafts, music, and games
- Providing companionship and a friendly ear to older adults
- Helping create a warm and welcoming environment
🚗 Volunteer Driver – Help people stay active and connected by:
- Driving older adults to Falls Prevention Classes and other essential activities
- Ensuring safe and comfortable transport
- Offering a friendly chat along the way!
🛍 Charity Shop Assistant – Play a vital role in our fundraising efforts by:
- Sorting and organising donated items
- Assisting customers and managing the till
- Creating eye-catching shop displays
