Our quality-assessed Information, Signposting and Advice team deliver fantastic services to help people feel better off financially, get the information they need to make good decisions, and to provide a listening ear for a wide range of issues. We take thousands of calls every month – could we help you or someone you know?
‘You are all amazing and doing a great job, you have a lot of patience, and you care about people, you are not abrupt and do not rush through things you allow people to take their time.’
‘Having the money doesn’t make you better but it has helped me to get out more now that I have been able to use my car more as I use the additional income on petrol, I have also paid someone to cut my lawn as I am unable to do this myself and it has given me the confidence to put things in my shopping basket where before I may have not have done’.

- Finding a wide range of services in their local area
- Booking an appointment for specialist services such as benefits assessments
For all these services plus general support and advice our ISA team now offer face to face sessions on Mondays from 10am – 3pm at The Lifestyle Centre in the Meadows.
Our telephone lines are open Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Fridays 9am – 4.30pm
