The Dear Friend scheme encouraged people to write a letter to someone currently in hospital and send a little happiness to their hospital bed. Almost 500 letters have been received and shared amongst the patients and staff on the wards at Lings Bar. Thank you to everyone who took part in providing some much-needed cheer and celebrating the traditional art of letter writing!
