Do you feel lonely?
Do you spend most of your time each day sitting or lying down and sometimes struggle to pursue simple pleasures, such as playing with the grandchildren, walking to the shops, leisure activities, and meeting up with friends?
As you get older, it becomes more important to remain active to stay healthy and maintain your independence. There are lots of ways to help you get active, ranging from swimming, walking and dancing to pilates, tai chi and zhumba. So take a look at the list of things available in your local community in Rushcliffe to meet new friends and get active.
