Staying physically and socially active is not just great fun, it helps you reduce your risk of many conditions such as heart disease or dementia, plus boosts your mental health.
Maybe you want to lose a few pounds, be steadier on your feet, or keep healthy while you wait for surgery, or recover from it.
Health coaching can be delivered at home or in group setting at a community venue. This service supports those who are over 50 in a person-centred, fun and engaging way. We will work together to understand you goals and holistically help to achieve them. Our health coaching are there to support you every step of the way.

Falls Prevention
Falls Prevention, Recovery & Frailty. We offer a ‘Stay Steady’ club which aims to develop strength,
balance and mobility, and reduce the likelihood of a fall occurring.
