Please note, our office address is an administration office ONLY we do not take drop ins or appointments at the office.

We can offer in total 12 weeks of FREE guided exercises sessions either in your home or in various community venues across Norfolk – this can be made up of either 6 weeks of 1-2-1 health coaching and 6 group exercise sessions or 12 consecutive weeks of group exercise.

Health coaching

Each session is designed to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, general fitness levels and wellbeing. Ideal for those with limited mobility and those looking to help manage long-term health conditions.
