Our range of Club and Trips in local communities across the city are places where you can learn new skills, socialise with new people, and keep your body and mind active.

You might fancy a game of table tennis or to express your creativity through art. Get moving with exercise, football or enjoy our “leisurely” walking club. Or to have the chance to share your life stories at a lunch club or our reminiscence sessions.

We work in partnership with a wide range of organisations to run age friendly social activities and one-off events for any level of experience – so there’s something for everyone.

We also offer regular community trips including boat trips along the Norfolk Broads, animal sanctuaries and nostalgic visits to the seaside.
