Our classes are designed for people of all abilities, with a focus on gentle exercise, social interaction, and having fun. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, flexibility, or balance, our qualified instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises tailored to your needs.

Health & Wellbeing Programme
As part of our health and wellbeing programme we offer up to 12 weeks of FREE group exercise sessions in community venues across Norfolk.
These Multi-level sessions enable you to work at your own level in a relaxed environment whilst providing an opportunity to socialise. Our sessions are designed specifically to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, general fitness levels and wellbeing, ideal for those with limited mobility and those looking to help manage long-term health conditions.

SIT FIT
45 Minute chair-based exercise session followed by refreshments and a chance to socialise. Ideal for those with limited mobility and those looking to help manage long-term health conditions.

SIT 2 STAND FIT
A 45-minute multi-level circuit-based exercise session followed by refreshments and a chance to socialise. Exercises can be performed seated, standing, or a combination of both, and adapted to suit individual fitness levels.
