Quality Assurance
We are proud to have achieved the Organisational Quality Standards for local Age UKs in England.
Although we are an independent charity, Age UK Norwich is part of the Age UK Network, sharing best practice, insight, and campaigning on issues that impact later life and the positive role older people play in our society.
We are proud to have achieved the Chairty Standard for local Age UKs in England that is recognised by the charity commission. This certifies that we are a well-governed and effective organisation committed to the wellbeing of older people, our staff, and volunteers, and working in partnership with others. The Standards are externally assessed by industry leaders SGS and endorsed by the Charity Commission.

We have also obtained the Quality Advice Accreditation (AQS) that includes assessment of our advice process, audits of case file evidence, and secret shopper inspections for due process and customer service.
We're also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No.712125) for our Debt Advice service, and the Fundraising Regulator for our fundraising activities.
