2nd Lockdown for COVID-19

Today (5th November) is the start of the second countrywide lockdown, in response to the rising cases of infection - lessening the frequency of day-to-day contacts between people helps to reduce the rate of infection and admissions to hospital.
The lockdown will be in force until Wednesday 2nd December. According to the government, afterwards, we will return to the tier system – Norwich was in the lowest tier.
