Calling all Norfolk residents over 65!

Healthwatch Norfolk is working with NHS Norfolk and Waveney to improve the NHS App, and they need YOUR feedback!

Do you:

  • Use the NHS App and have thoughts on how it could be better?
  • Signed up but haven't used it much?
  • Not sure what the NHS App even is?

We want to hear from YOU!

Join the focus group to share your experiences and help make the NHS App more user-friendly for everyone over 65. As a thank you for your time, you'll receive a £20 Tesco voucher!

Who can participate?

  • Anyone aged 65+ living in Norfolk
  • No prior experience with focus groups needed - just be comfortable sharing your opinions

When and where will it take place?

  • The date and time will be arranged based on participant availability (first week of October)
  • Location will be either the Healthwatch Norfolk office (Wymondham) or Dereham Memorial Hall (depending on convenience)
  • The session will last about 1 hour

What will happen?

  • We'll chat about your knowledge of the NHS App
  • If you use it, we'll hear your experience and feedback
  • If you don't, we'll discuss what's preventing you from using it
  • We'll look at existing resources and brainstorm ideas for improvement
