Age UK Norwich and Panacea Pause are thrilled by the success of their Navigating Menopause programme. Designed to empower women with the knowledge and tools to navigate the challenges of menopause, the programme has transformed the lives of countless participants.
The eight-week course has proven to be a lifeline for women experiencing the physical, emotional, and social changes associated with menopause. Participants have reported increased confidence, improved well-being, and a stronger sense of community. The programme has provided a safe and supportive space for women to share experiences, learn about menopause, and develop strategies for managing symptoms.
Building on this success, Age UK Norwich and Panacea Pause are excited to announce the final cohort of the Navigating Menopause programme, starting on September 9th. This is the last opportunity for women to benefit from this transformative experience.
The programme offers a comprehensive approach to menopause, covering topics such as hormonal changes, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional well-being. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with others going through similar experiences and build a supportive network.
“We are incredibly proud of the impact the Navigating Menopause programme has had on the lives of local women,” said Kelly Parkin, Group Exercise Co-ordinator at Age UK Norwich. “We encourage any woman experiencing menopause symptoms to take this opportunity to join our final cohort and discover the benefits of this life-changing programme.”
A lady from cohort two said “Definitely attend, it’s been amazing. The support, the community, the connection, the exercise part is really good. Its nothing to worry about – I was worried about it being strenuous or feeling silly, but I’ve been made to feel really comfortable and met some lovely people. I’d really recommend it.”
