Cuppa Care at the Forum

On Thursday 17th of August, the Age UK Norwich team enjoyed another successful community engagement event at The Forum, in collaboration with Hear For Norfolk. 

Our wonderful Information, Advice and Welfare team were on hand to offer support, signpost and answer any queries. Fiona, Volunteer Coordinator and Catharine, Befriending Coordinator enjoyed interacting with members of the public and sharing opportunities to Befriend those who are lonely and isolated in the community. 

It was an absolute pleasure to have one of our fantastic walking football volunteers with us, who shared his volunteer experience and a prime example of why it’s so rewarding to “give back” to those who need it most. 

We look forward to sharing information about Fundraising opportunities at the next Cuppa Care event on Monday 25th September, 10:00 - 15:00. We’d love to see you there!
