The Team Heads to Manchester!
Denise attended the Centre for Ageing Better Age Friendly Summit in Manchester, an exciting event bringing together experts and thought leaders from around the world.
The conference featured international speakers from age-friendly cities in Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the USA, offering a wealth of insights into how different countries are embracing ageing populations.
Denise was particularly inspired by the innovative approaches shared by these cities, from accessible infrastructure to policies promoting inclusion and well-being for older adults.
The discussions highlighted the global commitment to creating environments where people of all ages can thrive, leaving Denise feeling motivated to contribute further to this important global movement.
She even found time to pop over to see their Paddington Bear statue!
