We offer a range of activities, events and support groups across North Yorkshire & Darlington

We have a wide range of social groups and activities to cater for many interests. Whether you're looking for some gentle exercise, a musical activity, to learn a new language or just some tea and cake with some new friends, we have the activity for you.

Ageing Well

Ageing Well offers a light-hearted afternoon of activities and friendship every Monday at Kirk House. The group organises regular trips out.

Sit down and shape up! These specially designed classes help you to become fitter and increase your confidence through music and movement.

Guitar Group

Join our guitar group to work together and provide mutual support as you learn. This group is suited to beginners and those looking to meet new people and enjoy playing music together.

IT Drop In Support

Our volunteers are on-hand to give you all the IT helpyou need. If you need quick assistance with a newdevice, bring it along to the drop-in for support.

Moving in Circles

These classes are especially designed to help you become fitter, increase your vitality and confidence.

Singalong Wednesday

Come along and enjoy an hour of singing with others. Don’t think you can sing? Don’t worry about it, it’s all about the fun.

Spanish Lessons

Learn to speak and understand Spanish in a friendly

This is Us Craft & Natter Club

Our new handicraft group meets every Wednesday afternoon for crafting, friendship, and tea. Come along and get making with other crafty people.

Just as it sounds, Walking Football is a standard game of football where participants walk instead of run! All are welcome.
