Making a Complaint

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our work, we would like to hear about it. Customer feedback is important to us and helps us to improve services so we are better able to serve you.

How we will respond

In every case, we will treat your complaint in full confidence and follow the below procedure:

We will always treat your complaint seriously.
We will endeavour to address complaints made by telephone, writing, e-mail or in person within 5 working days.
If we need to make further investigations, we will confirm that we have received your complaint and seek to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
Where further investigations are required, we will seek to conduct an internal review to improve our services where possible.
