Power of Attorney and Will Writing

This service is available only in the Scarborough Borough and Ryedale areas. Will Writing fees are £110 per will, and £150 per mirror will. Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is £150 each, with an £82 registration charge per deed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service if you have a diagnosis of alzheimers or dementia. We host drop-in sessons for extra support, and home visits are available for an admin fee (variable).
