Age UK Northumberland launches new Yoga fitness class at Barrasford Village Hall.

Age UK Northumberland is delighted to announce the launch of a new Yoga class tailored for individuals over 50 in Northumberland, thanks to funding from the Community Foundation.

Starting on Thursday, 8th August, at 1.30 pm, the hour long sessions will take place in Barrasford Village Hall, providing a welcoming and serene environment for participants to improve their physical health and mental well-being. Each class is affordably priced at just £3 per person.

Yoga offers numerous health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength and mental well-being. These sessions are designed to be accessible to all levels, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
