Better Connect - Creative Health Programme

Better Connect is Helix Arts' creative health programme for North Tyneside residents.

The programme offers regular arts sessions and creative opportunities across North Tyneside that improve health and wellbeing.

Helix Arts run a long-term programme of regular arts sessions and creative opportunities to support and improve health and wellbeing for people across the borough. Exploring everyday creativity, the sessions will help people connect with others, create time for self care and self-expression.

If you are interested in taking part or referring to Better Connect you can do so by booking a space from 6 January 2025.

Please attend your closest location wherever possible. Places are held for 48 hours upon receipt of your participant registration form before being released.
