Vaccine Survey - Autumn 2022

Healthwatch North Tyneside would like to hear from people aged 16 and over who have received their Covid-19 vaccine, including 1st and 2nd doses and boosters. They would also like to hear about your experience getting the flu vaccine.

If you have tried to get a covid or flu vaccine this Autumn, Healthwatch North Tyneside would like to hear your views. Tell them what is working well and what could be better in this short survey.

Continuing to deliver the vaccination programmes has been a huge task for the NHS and its partners. Your feedback will be shared with them to understand what is working well and what could be done better. In previous years this survey has helped improve booking systems, information for residents and help secure the funding for the vaccine helpline in North Tyneside.
