Falling on your Feet Online

Helix Arts is building an online community for people aged 65+ – and you can be part of it.
It’s really important for people to feel connected right now, especially when many of us are having to self-isolate or shield at home because of the coronavirus pandemic. A lot of people - especially those who live alone or away from family - are worried about feeling lonely, and the impact it will have on their physical and mental health. Being connected with others is good for us, and our wellbeing.
That’s why Helix Arts is inviting anyone aged 65+ to join its new weekly online ‘Falling on your Feet’ dance sessions on Zoom, and socialise on its growing Facebook community where artists, volunteers, producers and artists will share creative things people can do while staying safe at home.
It’s a place where people can come together and talk, be creative, and make new friends.
If you’re aged 65 and over and would like to stay fit and healthy and connect with others during the coronavirus pandemic, join the Helix Arts Falling on your Feet Facebook group by clicking here and hitting the ‘Join Group’ button.
No one should feel alone at this time, so reach out, get connected, and get creative with Helix Arts.
