Quarter 2 staff awards - the winners

The winner of the Individual Employee Award is Iwona Trzecinska (Strength and Balance Trainer), shown above left.

Through collating information from a recent customer satisfaction survey and the number of compliments on the compliments register, Iwona is mentioned as an exemplar ambassador for the organisation. She has a sunny disposition and upbeat manner and is a real tonic. Iwona is polite and considerate when speaking with her colleagues and peers. She is a real force of nature in a very positive manner and is an individual with great qualities. Her work and contact with our customers is obviously of a VERY high standard as demonstrated and evidenced by the huge number of individual compliments she has personally received in recent months.

Some of the comments received about Iwona are:

• I have seen a marked improvement in strength, balance, general fitness & mobility & an increase in confidence re movement exercises
• Iwona is always aware of individual weaknesses & shortcomings without any pressure, she involves and encourages everyone to improve.
• I can move my joints more because of Iwona’s help and support
• Very well thought out classes with some gradual increase in my strength
• Very well taught classes with clear instructions and explained reasons for the activity I am very impressed with gentle exercise class and enjoyed meeting people who like me have a disability of some kind
• Strength & Balance classes been brilliant with Iwona. She has got me back on my feet & given me confidence . I will continue the exercises at home
• The skills & pleasant personality of Iwona are excellent, very friendly, informative & helpful
• She is friendly, explains everything in detail
• The lady who does the class is excellent, she's a lovely girl

Iwona will receive a certificate and £100 to spend.

The winner of the Team Award is the Dementia Team, shown above right, for their outstanding performance during the first quarter period, achieving if not succeeding their targets set.

The Team will also receive a certificate and £100 to spend.
