The Coat Rack Appeal

The Beacon in Newcastle are running a coat rack starting September 17th and over the winter period. This is to help vulnerable people who are in need of a warm coat or winter clothing now the weather is starting to get colder. They are inviting those in need or those that know someone who could benefit from this to come along and take a coat free of charge.

They are also asking for donations of winter coats, gloves, scarves, hats or other winter clothing. They are also asking local charities and business to let their relevant clients and customers know about this.

So if you or someone you know is in need of a warm coat ,or for the colder weather that is approaching, come along to The Beacon and take a coat for free.

Or if you want to help, please bring along coats, winter clothing, jumpers, hat scarves, gloves or winter footwear to The Beacon, Westgate Road. Newcastle, NE4 9PQ
