Palliative Care Project local discussion groups

Dr Kathryn Hall and the Palliative Care Plan Great North Care Record Team are inviting North Tyneside residents to attend local discussion groups.
The project is looking to improve communications between services for patients who are living with a long term or life limiting illness/disability, first of all in North Tyneside and then further afield.
The team would like to involve residents in the project to gain some understanding of their expectations and experiences, so that the team can plan for and improve opportunities for services in the future.
The events will be held at the four venues listed below.
