Dawn McNally
Group Chief Executive
Dawn's background is in accountancy, and she has over 28 years’ experience of working in the Voluntary & Community Sector, in various roles. Dawn’s role is to provide leadership to the Group, which includes the Charity Age UK North Tyneside and our two social enterprises EveryDay Care & Support Ltd and EveryDay Homes Ltd. She believes “Together Everyone Achieves More” and is passionate about everyone being valued and entitled to a better quality of life.
Dawn was nominated by Age UK Brand Partners in November 2021 to the Age UK Board of Trustees, and currently shares the Deputy Chair role for the Age England Association where she works to support the Age UK Network to work better together to support people in later life.
Kerry Parker
Head of EveryDay Care & Support
Kerry is an expert in her field and leads the provision of all care and support services and is accountable for the performance, quality and business growth.
She is a passionate and caring Leader who inspires others.
Phillip Curran
Head of EveryDay Homes
Phillip Curran joined Age UK North Tyneside in March 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector across the North East region.
Phillip will be working on driving forward the EveryDay Homes housing strategy which will enable us to shape older persons accommodation across the North of England.
Sonya Roe
Head of Charity Services
Sonya’s background includes international trade, working with businesses across the region, and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office overseas.
Sonya made the move to the voluntary sector in 2014 when she joined Age UK North Tyneside as our Customer Service Manager. She later held the position of Business Development & Marketing Manager, responsible for growing our wider partnership and stakeholder base as part of our current 5-year strategy.
Sonya is passionate about bringing the charity team and our stakeholders together, through locality working and by promoting our own strategy alongside North Tyneside Council’s Equally Well Strategy.
Sharon Robinson
Head of Finance
Sharon has over 16 years’ experience working in the voluntary sector taking responsibility for the delivery of comprehensive finance functions within the organisation.
She is a creative thinker and enjoys working and motivating others to achieve their aims, goals and ambitions.
Angela Dawson
Head of Quality & Transformation
Angie has worked in the voluntary sector for 39 years. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she leads on the maintenance and succession of quality standards and frameworks across the group to support continuous improvement.
She also supports the development, planning and delivery of change projects across different service areas to achieve measurable improvements as part of our transformation programme.
