Free will writing service

We now have the option to offer our supporters a free basic will through our partner Bequeathed.  

Bequeathed is a free, convenient service that allows you to make the right will for your needs in the way that suits you best, always with good legal advice. 

Please note, a basic will is provided free of charge, however, depending on circumstances and advice given charges may be incurred. 

Download our will planner first to help you prepare for the process: 

1. Complete the online will interview, with support and guidance available throughout the process. If you need support getting online, you can ask a friend or relative to help you.
2. You will receive legal advice and recommendations.
3. You may need to book a 30-minute video call to discuss in more detail. Or, if a free basic will is suitable for you, choose the convenience of receiving it without an appointment.
4. You will receive your will, along with instructions on signing and witnessing your will correctly.
5. Bequeathed provides a legally binding service the same as visiting a solicitor face to face.
