Digital Drop In
A weekly support session to help with the use of your computer, tablet, mobile or any apps you need help with.
We are available to help with any digital difficulties you may have such as setting up and using the NHS App.
Find us each week at “The Place” in Settle on Mondays between 12:00pm - 2:00pm -
Bingo
A fun and enjoyable bingo session held every Tuesday from 1.30 to 3.00pm at Limestone View.
Everyone is welcome £2.50 per person, come and join us.

Monday Lunch Group
Held at Wyn's at Limestone View, every Monday apart from bank holidays. We meet at 11.30 am to dine at midday. The cost is £10.50 for a hearty two course meal with hot drinks. We are a very sociable group, so please come and join us, if you would like more details please ring us on 01729 823066.

Coffee and Chat
- Where: The Place, Settle (Opposite the Ruchee)
- When: Every Wednesday 10.30am – 12.00 midday
A chance to meet up with friends old and new and participate in a range of activities including quizzes, board games, and dominoes to name but a few, where the emphasis is on fun and socialising.
£2.00 per session to include refreshments.

Better Days
Better Days supports people in the community who struggle with persistent physical, psychological or social pain.
This group is run in conjunction with Rethinking Pain. Rethinking Pain is a service led by Keighley Healthy Living (KHL) in partnership and collaboration with HALE, VCS Organisations, Bradford District Health & Care Partnership & Primary Care Networks.

The book group meets every 4th Tuesday at 2pm except during December at Settle Library. Everyone welcome.

Movement to Music
A relaxing chair based exercise group based on stretching and movement - important at any age!
Half an hour of chair based exercise followed by refreshments and time to socialise.
Held at The Place (opposite Ruchee) every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 2pm.

Dementia Friendly Walks

Bentham Dementia Friendly Breakfast Club
If you are living with dementia, or care for someone who is, come and join us at Bentham fire station for our breakfast club fortnightly 10am - 12pm. Bentham dementia friendly breakfast club provides a safe and friendly environment for people living with dementia or feel socially isolated.
We provide refreshments and group led activities with support from fire station staff, staff from Bentham surgery, and volunteers from Bentham and district dementia friendly community, but we are always looking for additional volunteers so if you have a couple of hours a fortnight to spare we would love to hear from you.For more information, please contact Jonathan Scott on 015242 61202

Settle Cancer Support Group
On the 4th Monday of each month (except for bank holidays) from 10.30 -11.45 am
Come along for company, a drink and support to this volunteer led group which is open to anyine who has been affected by cancer.
