SPRING is a partnership of social sector organisations which work to improve the wellbeing of people in Northamptonshire using Social Prescribing.
How does it work?
SPRING is for people living with a physical or mental long-term health condition who would like to make some changes in their life to improve their own wellbeing. You may not be sure what those changes are, or how to go about making the change. Our seven Link Workers can help you in Northamptonshire.
SPRING is a partnership of social sector organisations, commissioned by Integrated Care Northamptonshire, to improve the wellbeing of people in Northamptonshire using social prescribing.
The three partners are Age UK Northamptonshire, Northamptonshire Carers and General Practice Alliance (GPA).
Support for six to 12 months
We provide support for six to 12 months, enabling people to take steps to improve their health and wellbeing.
• People aged 18 and over
• Have at least one long-term health condition
• Are willing to make the changes that will improve their health and wellbeing
• You can contact our SPRING Social Prescribing Service on behalf of someone else, or for yourself. Our Link Workers aim to connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.
