We Pay A Real Living Wage

We are proud to be one of the 14,000 businesses in the UK voluntarily paying the Real Living Wage.

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living. The businesses paying it believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the mechanic.

Real Living Wage rates are higher than both the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage because they are independently calculated and based on what people need to get by.

Earning the real Living Wage makes a huge difference to our staff, increasing productivity at work and improving mental health. That’s why we’re so proud to ensure our employees earn a wage that meets the costs of living, rather than the government minimum.
