Have you seen our LifeBook? 

The LifeBook is a free booklet where you can write important and useful information about your life. It includes easy to fill in sections covering everything from who insures your car to where you put the TV licence. The idea behind the LifeBook is to make it easier for you to have all your key information in one place for both your use and your family and friends. If you feel comfortable, you can share your LifeBook with a trusted friend or family member, or tell them where it is, in case they need to use it in future.  

You can fill the LifeBook out at your own pace and in your own time. It’s separated into different sections, with clear instructions at the start of each one so you know exactly what information needs to be included. This simple thing can have a huge impact later on down the line.
