Honorary Treasurer Wanted!

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your accountancy skills and knowledge to help others and gain a new experience?

We are seeking an Honorary Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees, to help guide and shape our future. Our Board of Trustees meets regularly throughout the year to agree the strategic direction of the charity and monitor delivery by the staff team of agreed plans. 

The Treasurer has a particular focus on our financial performance and scrutiny and chairs our Finance Sub-Committee which meets quarterly. The position is for a voluntary period of 4 years, renewable for a further term. We are specifically looking for a qualified accountant and preferably an individual with experience of charity finance. We welcome applications from all sections of the community to help us achieve a diverse trustee board that reflects our clients and communities.
