You may be aware from media reports that the Board of Age UK Suffolk have made the decision to close the charity due to financial difficulties caused by Covid19.
All Age UKs are separate independent charities working in partnership to serve older people across the UK. Here in Norfolk, Age UK Norfolk and Age UK Norwich work together to provide much needed support to older people in the county.
We would like to reassure the people of Norfolk that Age UK Norfolk and Age UK Norwich are very much open for business, our services including Information and Advice and Befriending are fully up and running and our shops have re-opened.
Any older people in Norfolk in need of our services can contact our Help Line on 0300 500 1217 or advice@ageuknorfolk.org.uk Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Older people living in Norwich can contact 01603 496333 or enquiries@ageuknorwich.org.uk
